ORDER

The revision challenges the order dated 03.12.2025 passed in M.P.No.1724 of 2024, in which the petitioner's prayer to direct the respondent herein to pay a sum of Rs.68,400/- towards school fees was rejected.

2. Admittedly, the petitioners filed an application under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking interim maintenance and the respondent is paying the said sum regularly to the petitioners. The learned Judge, after considering the fact that the respondent is paying a sum of Rs.20,000/- and that would be sufficient to cover the educational expenses of the minor child and dismissed the petition.

3. This Court finds no infirmity in the order, since the maintenance that is liable to be paid by the respondent is yet to be determined by the trial Court. Therefore, to secure the ends of justice, it is suffice to direct the learned IVAdditional Principal Judge to dispose of M.C.No.54 of 2025 on the file of the Family Court, Chennai, within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
