This petition has been filed to bring on record proposed respondents/ legal heirs of the deceased Mangalambigai /R1 and rank them as the respondents 8 to 10 in the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite serving notice on the respondents and their name having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them.

3. However, having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, and being satisfied with the same, this petition is allowed as prayed for.

4. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the appeal papers.
