3. Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the petition, this petition is allowed and the delay of 280 days in filing the appeal is condoned. It is made clear that petitioners/appellants will not be entitled to interest for the delay period in the event of enhancement of compensation.

Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post 'for admission' in due course.
