This petition is filed to bring on record the respondents 10 to 12/proposed parties as the legal heirs of the first respondent deceased J.D.Irudayaraj as the respondents in CRP No.4840 of 2023.

Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the above petition, this court is inclined to allow this petition.

Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in CRP No.4840 of 2023.
