ORDER

This petition has been filed by Accused No.2, to relax the condition imposed by this Court in paragraph No.10 (iv) of the common order in Crl.M.P.Nos.16015 & 16936 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024.

Crl.M.P.No.1521 of 2025 Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner/A2 is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

4. Considering the above said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Puducherry) appearing for the respondent that the petitioner/A2 is complying with the conditions without any deviation, the condition imposed on the petitioner/A2, i.e., to stay at Puducherry and report before the Station House Officer, Grand Bazar Police Station, Puducherry, daily at 10.30.a.m., until further orders, except on the date when they are directed to appear before the trial Court', is relaxed in so far as this petitioner alone is concerned. All other conditions imposed by this Court vide common order dated 04.12.2024 in Crl.M.P.Nos.16015 & 16936 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024, remain unaltered.
