The prayer sought for in the revision petition is to set aside the fair and decretal order dated 29.06.2018 in I.A.No.13 of 2018 in C.M.A.No.7 of 2017 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Vaniyampadi.
2. Though the petitioners have raised several grounds challenging the order passed in I.A.No.13 of 2018 allowing the amendment sought for, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he would be satisfied, if a direction is given to the learned Subordinate Judge, Vaniyambadi to dispose of the appeal within stipulated time. It is seen that the appeal came to be filed in 2018 and is now re-numbered as A.S.No.12 of 2018.
3. In the light of the submissions made, the learned Subordinate Judge, Vaniyambadi is called upon to dispose of the appeal in A.S.No.12 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible, in any event, within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
