The learned Government counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that during the pendency of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

writ petition the balance arrears of Entry Tax due i.e. a sum of Rs.8,22,166/- was paid by the petitioner on 25.03.2019 itself.

2. In view of the fact that the petitioner has paid the Entry Tax as demanded, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
