This case came up for settlement before the National Lok Adalat. Both the parties are present. Mr.K.J.Shivakumar, learned counsel appearing for the appellant. Mr.V.Kumaravelu, learned counsel for the respondents.

TERMS OF SETTLEMENT Learned counsel for the appellant/ Transport Corporation submitted that no notice has been received by the appellant/ Transport Corporation as to the filing of the cross appeal by the respondents. The learned counsel for the appellant/Transport Corporation states that the appeal be disposed of on the following terms: 1)To confirm the award passed by the Tribunal. 2)The appellant/Transport Corporation may be directed to deposit the entire award amount within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Award, if not already deposited.

3) The respondents are entitled for their respective shares, as apportioned by the Tribunal.

Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
