This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to call for the records relating to the proceedings made in Na.Ka.114295/2006 Sa.Pa.1 dated 10.08.2007 on the file of the first respondent confirming the order of termination made in Na.Ka.No.12452/01/D1 dated 22.03.2006 on the file of the second respondent, quash the same.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has passed away. Therefore, the learned counsel sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the case Page No.2 of 5

bundle.

3. In view of the above submission coupled with an endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
