2018-08-02Honourable Mr Justice S. Vaidyanathan2 pages

Sub. Appln. Diary No.79926/2022 in Contempt Petition No.1366/2017 S.VAIDYANATHAN,J When the matter was taken up for hearing, from the records it is seen that the matter pertains to service and not within the jurisdiction of this Court to take up the matter.

2. It is represented by the petitioner/Party-in-person that this Court has dismissed the Sub-Application (OS) No.620/2018 on 02.06.2019.

3. Merely because the said Sub-Application has been dismissed by this Court, it does not mean that the original order has been passed by me. The matter has got to be posted before a Bench dealing with the service matters. Apart from that fact since now I am hearing the matters sitting in a Division Bench, Registry is directed to place this matter before the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice to list the same before the learned Single Judge hearing service matters or any other Judge of his choice.

4.

Since the petitioner is seeking urgent orders, Registry is directed to list the matter on 28.02.2023 before the concerned Bench after taking appropriate orders from the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice. 07.02.2023 tsi https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
