This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.30085 of 2022 on 19.12.2022 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly once i.e., on 1st week of Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
