ORDER

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the criminal case registered against the petitioner ended in conviction, due to which, he was penalised by compulsory retirement and hence, nothing survives for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

adjudication in this writ petition. The learned senior counsel further submitted that as against the judgment of conviction, the petitioner had already preferred an appeal and hence the petitioner may be granted liberty to proceed with the same. 2.Granting such liberty, this writ petition stands closed. No costs.
