ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that she has no further instructions and the letter sent to the writ petitioner seeking instructions was also returned with an endorsement "no such address".

2. Therefore, either the case has to be argued based on the records that are available or in the alternative it has to be closed. There is no justification in keeping this Writ Petition alive for 12 years since it was filed.
