ORDER

This writ petition is filed for directing the respondents to consider the representation dated 13.12.2019 and consequently direct the respondents to convert the petition property comprised in Survey No.20/1A1A1A-1A1 Patta Nos. 2005 & 2006, measuring an extent of 10062 sq.ft situated at Sithalapakkam Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Senthamizh Nagar Extension, Sub-Divisoin Number as per Patta 50B & 50C into residential zone and permit the petitioner to pay appropriate payment to the respondents and to obtain the approval for the petition property. 2/5

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the sole petitioner died long back. In view of the same, no legal heirs have come forward with substitution petition in the place of the petitioner. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration in this writ petition.
