This petition is filed for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.523/2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram.

2.Today, both the first petitioner, the second respondent and their respective counsel are present and their identification have been verified by this Court. The defacto complainant/second respondent herein has submitted that she has no objection to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.523 of 2014 and she has also filed an affidavit to that effect. 3.Recording the affidavit filed by the defacto complainant and the submission so made by her, the Criminal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Original Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.523 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram is hereby quashed.
