3.From the adjudications that have been produced, it is seen that the O.P. is a part heard stage and the same is being adjourned for more than a month at a time. This is not a healthy practice. Part-heard cases are to be taken up on a day-to-day basis or at least once in a week. In view of the above, there will be a direction to the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai to dispose of FCOP.No.990 of 2019 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
