This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, F.T.C.No.1, Erode and made in C.M.P.No.6891 of 2017 in S.T.C.No.334 of 2017 dated 18.01.2018.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in the present petition become infructuous and hence nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In the light of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
