2. There is no representation for the plaintiff.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel that memo was filed to record the compliance of the compromise memo entered into between the parties on 30.10.2025. It is seen that there is no such memo available in the bundle as stated by the learned counsel.

4. On a perusal of the records, it is seen that common judgment had already been passed by this Court on 12.08.2025 in both the suits. Before passing any further orders, place the joint compromise memo, if any, filed and list on 28.04.2026.
