ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the FIR pending investigation before the respondent in Crime No.95 of 2021. 1/4

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram on 31.07.2023 and the same is yet to be taken on file. 3.In view of the above development, nothing survives in this criminal original petition and there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram to act upon the final report filed by the respondent on 31.07.2023, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. If ultimately, the learned Judicial Magistrate takes the final report on file and proceed further and the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. 4.This criminal original petition is disposed of in the above terms. 02.02.2024 Index: Yes/No Speaking order/Non-speaking Order ssr 2/4
