ORDER

The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.34 of 2010 pending on his file and file a final report within a stipulated time frame which may be fixed by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in the case in Crime No.34 of 2010, after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, and the same was taken on file as P.R.C.No.58 of 2012.

3. Since charge sheet has already been filed in Crime No.34 of 2010, I am of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.
