The petitioner has filed this petition seeking to call for the records in Cr.No.94 of 2015, on the file of the 1st respondent Police and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation has been completed in the said Crime Number and charge sheet has also been filed and it is yet to be taken on record.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for adjudication in the present petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
