ORDER

This writ petition has been filed by the Transport Corporation challenging the order dated 21.01.2003 passed by the 1st respondent / Authority in I.D.No.180 of 2000.

2. In the connected W.P.No.29464 of 2004 filed by the employee (now deceased) the legal heirs have consented to accept https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the proposal given by the Government vide letter No.5370/C2/2021, dated 24.07.2021 and the Management also agreed to extend the entire benefits to the legal heirs of the deceased employee in terms of the clause No.2 (iii).

3. In view of the same, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition filed by the Transport Corporation. Accordingly the writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
