The present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 22 days in filing the above said criminal appeal against Criminal Appeal No.41 of 2022 on the file of Additional District and Sessions Judge at Dharmapuri.

2. Mr.N.Desinghu, learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for this petition being allowed.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed.

4. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
