This petition has been filed by A3, P.Ramachandran to call for records in C.C.No.261 of 2016 now pending on the file of the VIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Chennai.

2.A status report has been filed that the present petitioner has not appeared before the trial Court and as a matter of fact, non-bailable warrant is pending against the petitioner.
