"Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also considering the fact that the petitioner is not in State Service, this Court is inclined to direct the petitioner to approach the third respondent in person along with the copy of the representation dated 11.07.2018 and in turn, the third respondent is directed to hand over all the documents in original forthwith to the petitioner without insisting any bond or letter from the petitioner pursuant to the direction of the second respondent dated 08.08.2017"

After referring the order dated 13.08.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the respondents handed over all the documents in original to the petitioner pursuant to the interim direction of this court. Since, the original certificates have been handed over to the petitioner, this Court is of the view that no further order or direction is required in this writ petition. Hence, the Writ petition is closed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
