O R D E R

Heard Mr.M.Selvam, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Paramasivadoss, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, accepting notice on behalf of respondents. With the consent of the learned counsel on either side, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents Corporation submits that as against the order in Writ Petition No.12718 of 2006 dated 04.03.2015, the Corporation has filed Writ Appeal and it is in the process of being numbered. Hence, at this juncture, no direction can be issued to implement the order, since the appeal is to be listed shortly.

3. Hence, the writ petition is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the appeal, which https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

will heard by the Hon'ble Division Bench. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents Corporation is directed to serve one set of the papers to the petitioner within a period of three days. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
