The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the cause aroused for the purpose of filing this Writ Petition has become vanished as the petitioner has deposited the amount for the year 2014-15. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised.
2. Recording the above said submission of the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
