This Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 14.06.2006.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mrs.P.T.Ramadevi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the 1st petitioner died and she has not received any instructions from the 2nd petitioner and reported no instructions.

3.Recording the above said submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
