ORDER
The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to call for the records of the first respondent made in B.A.No.5/97 dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
07.07.2003 and quash the same.
2.Today when the case is taken up for hearing, Mr.S.Silambanan, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner management, on instruction would submit that, the matter has been settled between the parties, therefore, no further orders is required to be passed in this writ petition. The said factor has also been endorsed by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent employee and in view of the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for both parties and having recorded the same, this Court is inclined to dispose of this writ petition, as no further orders is required to be passed.
3.In view of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
