Crl.M.P.No.1519 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.570 of 2023 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.570 of 2023 on 11.01.2023 to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m, for a period of eight weeks.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e, on the first and fifteenth working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the charge sheet.
