ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging the impugned Notification dated 26.05.2013 issued by the second respondent / the Chief Engineer/Personnel, TANGEDCO, Chennai, inviting applications from the eligible candidates for the post of Assistant Engineers on the ground that the second respondent has been adopting illegal process of selection by excluding the candidates sponsored by the employment exchange. 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. At the time of admission, this Court, vide order dated 14.06.2013, while ordering notice to the respondents, refused to grant stay of selection process. Therefore, in view of passage of six long years period, nothing survives in the present writ petition and on this count, the writ petition stands dismissed. No Costs.
