ORDER
This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the revision petitioners seeking for speedy disposal of R.L.T.O.P.No.456 of 2020, on the file of the XIV Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai.
2. The petitioner has filed a petition in R.L.T.O.P.No.456 of 2020, on the file of the learned XIV Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai, for eviction of respondent herein from the schedule of property. The respondent has filed a counter and P.W.1 chief examined and P.W.1 is supposed to the cross examined.
3. A perusal of the proceeding sheet filed by the petitioner would reveals that P.W.1 was present and Exs.P.10 to P.12 were marked. Subsequently, the matter has been adjourned from time to time. It is noted that this matter being summary in nature, should have been disposed of much earlier.
4. This Court is aware of the fact that the trial Court is flooded with huge number of matters of this nature, however, considering the circumstances explained by the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is 2/4
disposed of with a direction to the learned XIV Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai, to dispose of R.L.T.O.P.No.456 of 2020 as expeditiously as possible, preferably not later than four months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
5. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. 19.04.2023 jai To The XIV Judge, Court of Small Causes, Chennai.
