(Order of the court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to condone the delay of 649 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Mr.M.Venkateswaran, learned Special Government Pleader, who takes notice for the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition seeking condonation of delay.

3. Though this Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, considering the delay in filing the above appeal, delay is condoned on condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.500/- to the credit of Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, Madras High Court, Chennai, within two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. Upon production of receipt for payment of costs, this civil miscellaneous petition stands ordered.
