WMP.No.2464 of 2020 in WP.No.9961 of 2019 WMP.No.2464 of 2020 in WP.No.9961 of 2019 M.SUNDAR.J., Captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' ['WMP' for the sake of brevity] has been taken out by writ petitioner in the main writ petition with a prayer to accept additional grounds.

2. Mr.Karthik Sundaram, learned counsel for petitioner/writ petitioner, Mr.A.P.Srinivas, learned Senior Standing counsel (Revenue counsel) on behalf of respondents 1 and 3 and Ms.Amirta Dinakaran, learned State counsel on behalf of respondents 2 and 4 are before this virtual Court.

3. Learned Revenue counsel for respondents 1 and 3 submits that counter affidavit has already been filed and that is his objection to the captioned WMP.

4. The above objection can be put to rest by permitting respondents 1 and 3 to file additional counter affidavit and additional typed set of papers meeting the additional grounds.

5. Insofar as respondents 2 and 4, counter affidavit has not been filed as yet. Learned State counsel to file counter affidavit meeting the additional grounds also.
