CRIME NO.8 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax until further orders condition of reporting on every Monday and Friday at 10.30. A.M before respondent police imposed upon by this Hon'ble Court by an order made in Crl.M.P.No.7952 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17621 of 2020 dated 16.12.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.R.THANGAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.7952 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17621 of 2020, dated 16.12.2020.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7952 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.17621 of 2020, dated 16.12.2020 is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
