ORDER

This quash petition has been filed on the ground that the earlier quash petition that was moved by the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.597 of 2024 was 1/4

disposed of on the ground that the investigation was completed and final report had already been filed before the jurisdictional Court. However, when the petitioner filed a copy application before the concerned Court, the same was returned stating that charge sheet has not been filed. In view of the same, the second quash petition has been moved before this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate produced the particulars from which it can be seen that the e-filing of the final report has been done on 23.01.2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Tambaram. This final report is yet to be acted upon by the Court below. That is the reason why, the Court below has returned the copy application with an endorsement 'No Charge Sheet is pending'.

3.Taking into consideration the submissions made on either side and the materials available on record, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Tambaram to act upon the final report filed in Crime No.131 of 2021, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Except giving this direction, no further orders can be passed in this criminal original petition.
