ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to challenging the order passed by the fourth respondent dated 28.06.2012, thereby rejecting the request made by the petitioner for grant of financial upgradation under the Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme, with effect from 05.07.2009.

The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents

submitted that while pending the writ petition, the request made by the petitioner was considered and he was granted financial upgradation under the Modified Assured Career Progression Scheme with effect from 01.01.2012 and accordingly, he was paid all the arrears of upgraded salary.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to cost.
