(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 153, 509 IPC altered into 228, 509, 294(b), 506(ii) r/w.120(b) IPC & Section 67A of Information Technology Act & Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act & Section 4 of Indecent Representation of Women Act in Crime No.15 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner in all these petitions has been arrested today.

3. On the aforesaid circumstances, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as infructuous.
