Pursuant to the order dated 16.04.2019, an undertaking affidavit has been filed by the respondent, wherein at Paragraph No.5 of said affidavit, it is stated that the undertaking given by the respondent need not be communicated to the concerned SRO. This Court is not inclined to accept such plea made by the learned counsel for the respondent, since the order dated 16.04.2019 itself was passed with the condition that the learned counsel for the respondent shall file an undertaking affidavit.

2. In view of the above, the undertaking affidavit filed by the respondent dated 21.04.2019 is hereby taken on record and the said import of the undertaking affidavit as recorded above is to be communicated to the concerned SRO i.e., Sub Registrar's Office, Guduvancherry for recording the same in the concerned Register. This order shall also be communicated to the SRO Guduvancherry.
