The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that he is not pressing for the Execution Petition, since the respondent has recovered substantial amount and for the balance amount, they are not going to press for the same. He has also made necessary endorsement to that effect.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners also submitted that since the respondent has recovered substantial amount and for the balance amount he is not going to press for the same, the statement made by the respondent counsel may be recorded and the petition may be closed accordingly.
