This petition is filed seeking to modify the condition, imposed as that the Para No.6(b) The petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.32546 of 2022 dated 28.12.2022.

2. When the case was taken up, there was no representation for the petitioner, hence, this miscellaneous petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
