Crl.M.P.No.2950 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.662 of 2019 Crl.M.P.No.2950 of 2021 in Crl.A.No.662 of 2019 P.VELMURUGAN.J The petitioner has filed the Relaxation Petition seeking relaxation of the condition imposed by this Court by order dated 02.01.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.19134 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.662 of 2019 dated 02.01.2020.
2. When the matter came up for hearing on 08.03.2021, this Court has directed the respondent to verify as to whether charge sheet has been filed in the present case.
3. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate [Crl.side] submits that the charge sheet has been filed and the case was taken on file in S.C.No.5 of 2020 on the file of the learned Principal Session Judge, Krishnagiri. He further submits that charges were framed and the case is posted for trial of examination of the prosecution witnesses on 15.03.2020.

4. Therefore, considering the aforesaid circumstances, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.19134 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.662 of 2019 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before learned Principal Session Judge, Krishnagiri, on all the hearings and also directed to co-operate for earlier disposal of the Session case and the Session Court is directed to conduct the trial on a day to day basis and dispose the case within 4 months from today.
