This petition is filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, to condone the delay of 239 days in filing the above Criminal Revision Petition against the Judgment dated 22.02.2022 passed in C.A.No.90 of 2019 by the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Chengalpattu, Chengalpattu District.

2.This Court being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 239 days in filing the above revision is condoned. Hence, the petition is allowed.
