This petition has been filed to set aside the dismissal order passed by the learned FTC (Magisterial Level No.II), Magistrate, Poonamallee, in Crl.M.P.No.3366 of 2016 in STC.No.121 of 2016, dated 24.10.2016 on her file for an offence under Section 138 N.I. Act.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the matter has become infructuous.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
