Crl.M.P.No.1209 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.17816 of 2020 N.ANAND VENKATESH,J., The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking extension of time to surrender before the Court in pursuance to Crl.O.P.No.17816 of 2020 dated 10.11.2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

3.This Court has perused the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein.

4. A period of ten days time, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, is granted to comply with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17816 of 2020. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
