Respondents PRAYER: This Writ Petition filed under Section 226 of Constitution of India, pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent comprised in G.O.Ms.No.758, Revenue NM-4(1) Department, dated 18.12.2007 and quash the same and consequently issue a Mandamus forbearing the respondents their officers employees subordinates agents or any other persons claiming or acting under the respondents from in any manner interfering with the petitioner right of use of the road in S.No.64/1 in Paranur Village formed pursuant to the fifth respondent permission

granted on 25.10.2005 for ingress and egress to their property in S.No.66A/3A, 65 66/A1 and 67/A from the 23 feet public road in Paranur Village.
