WP.No. 21210 of 2018 & WMP Nos. 24879 & 24880/2018:- filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the respective affidavits filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorari (i)to call for records of the 1st respondent in his proceedings No. P.V. 08/2017/A1 dated 9.8.2018 and quash the same as illegal, without jurisdiction and abuse of power (in WP.21210/2018) and;

(ii)to dispense with the production of original copy of the impugned order of the 1st respondent in proceedings No. P.V. 08/2017/A1 dated 9.8.2018 (in WMP.24879/2018) (iii)to grant ad interim stay of the operation of the 1st respondent order in his proceedings No. P.V. 08/2017/A1 dated 9.8.2018 (in WMP.24880/2018) pending disposal of the above WP NO.21210/2018 respectively.
