PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to register the passenger Car BMW 740L1 LIMOUSINE RHD with chassis No.WBAHN62040 DN55480, Engine No.50713653, Monaco Blue Metallic imported by the petitioner without insisting upon payment of entry tax.
