ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to take further action on the petitioner's complaint dated 18.01.2020 vide C.S.R.No.41 of 2020 dated 19.01.2020 on the file of the respondent police.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that after the receipt of the petitioner's complaint dated 18.01.2020, C.S.R.No.41 of 2020 was issued and thereafter preliminary enquiry has been conducted and F.I.R has been registered on 04.02.2020 in Crime No.38 of 2020 under sections 147, 341, 294(b), 324 and 506(1) of IPC.
