Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the entire records in so far as it is relates to order in Computation Petition No. 131 of 1998 dated 20.08.1998 on the file of the Labour Court, Coimbatore and quash the same. 2. Though it was reported before this Court on 16.04.2018 that the petitioner had died and this Court had also granted time to the petitioner to file a substitution petition on three occasions, namely 06.01.2021, 15.06.2021 and 29.06.2021, no steps have been taken till date. Hence, the writ petition stands dismissed as abated. However, liberty is hereby granted to the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to file an application to review the order, within a period of 60 days from today. No costs.
